Education of the building process is most important and our professional team is here to help. Upon completion of the home we have developed a Pre-Walk system. This allows a viewing of the home prior to the actual acceptance by you, our buyer. Corrective measures are taken should you find any flaws, discrepancies or cosmetic items needing attention. Upon completion of these items the final new home orientation is scheduled and upon your complete satisfaction you receive keys to your new home.
