This is the actual weight of material that can be placed on a roof per square foot. This ensures a much stronger, stable roof design.

Fact: Aburton Homes Inc. uses Tailored Foam Injection in our masonry block walls that allow a much higher insulation value than conventional insulation commonly found in the industry. The foam injection also reduces sound decibels by 50% preventing outside sound from entering. With the Tailored Foam injection your home also receives a four-hour, fire rated wall as well as helping to prevent the Mold and mildew possibility associated with the tropical environment in south Florida.

Fact: Aburton Homes Inc. uses Fiberglass doors on all of our exterior hinged doors. These strong, highly insulated door slabs resist the elements of moisture that can cause rust like a typical steel door found in the industry. They also will not dent like steel doors. These doors come with a 20-25 year manufactures warranty.

Fact: Aburton Homes Inc. uses a water-resistant Base plate on all interior walls above the concrete surface. This prevents the metal track used in framing to not come in contact with the concrete slab that can later form electrolysis or rust which can eventually breakdown the metal products.

Fact: Aburton Homes Inc. has a state of the art low voltage-wiring feature in every home. Today's technology is advancing so rapidly that your home and family deserves not to be left behind. We use RG-6 and Cat-5 wiring for cable and phone. Most importantly they are installed in a home run condition not a typical looped system used by most other builders. This type of home run wiring prevents loss of signal strength found with the most common type of wiring. Having the Network panel within the home also allows future upgrades and additional components to be added at a later date.

Fact: Aburton Homes Inc. also uses a manufactured fascia product. This product prevents damage from insects and also prevents the discoloring of paint products associated with natural materials commonly used by others such as cedar, redwood, spruce or pine. This product also carries a 10-year manufacturer warranty.

Fact: Aburton Homes Inc. painting system uses some of the best products on the market, for durability and longevity including Surelastic paint on the exterior stucco. This product forms an elasticity compound or stretchable skin on the exterior of the home that expands and contracts with the home forming a weatherproof membrane. The interior of the home is finished with Select grade paints on the walls including an underbody with oil base on all woodwork and doors. Latex trim paints commonly used by others can be easily wiped off during harsh cleaning. This durable paint used by Aburton can withstand common cleaning practices.

Fact: Aburton Homes Inc. installs cement board or duro rock on all tiled walls in the baths. Drywall or green board used commonly in the industry has proven not to last when a moisture problem occurs due to water penetration or leakage in these areas.
